Basic Self Defense

This class is for ages 3-up (class will be divided into age groups)
Self-defense is a set of awareness, assertiveness, verbal confrontation skills, safety strategies, and physical techniques that enable someone to successfully escape, resist, and survive violent attacks. You will not only learn the physical but also the psychological awareness
This class meets Friday mornings from 9a-11am for the month.
