Class meets on Tuesdays for 6 weeks.
“Get Fit” is focused towards reaching fitness goals in a positive, encouraging, and upbeat environment. “Get Fit” is a circuit-based fitness class incorporating a variety of body weight and cardio-infused exercises. Whether you’ve been working out your entire life or are just getting started on your fitness journey, this class is for you! All exercises are easily modified to specific needs or levels of fitness.
