T-Shirt Blanket

Students will make a t-shirt memory blanket. Please note that this is not a quilting class, so the blanket will be softer and lighter weight than a traditional t-shirt quilt. Students will determine the size of the blanket they will make.

**Supplies needed for class: Sewing Machine, thread, fabric scissors, at least 16 t-shirts, iron on backing/interfacing (if desired), this will give the blanket extra body and firmness and makes sewing a little easier. I do not use backing on my blankets and they hold up fine. A more extensive list of supplies will be provided the first night of class.

This class meets on Tuesday nights for 3 weeks, in the Perot Classroom in the Library.
