Stretch your Body, Mind and Soul-Gentle Yoga for Flexibility and Mobility

Stretching is a powerful tool that we can use to increase our flexibility, enhance our mobility, and improve our overall health. This class consists of approximately 15-20 minutes of book study followed by a gentle yoga class designed to help participants establish a stretching routine. Change Your Schedule, Change Your Life emphasizes how paying attention to our circadian rhythm, our biological clock, can help us live happier, healthier lives.

This class meets Thursdays at 9:30-10:30 AM
