DESCRIPTION:Classes will be held on Tuesdays & Thursdays (July 2nd – July 30th from 6:25pm – 7:25pm) \n\n\n\nKempo Kids use innovative\, age level appropriate\, methods and just the right amount of fun to teach our young students’ life and physical skills that will benefit them now and as they grow into adults. \n\n\n\nThis program develops the essential physical skills for self-defense like coordination\, speed\, power\, flexibility\, timing\, balance and endurance through the practice of forms\, self-defense techniques\, ground fighting\, basic blocking\, kicking\, striking drills\, and sparring\, while enhancing their confidence. \n\n\n\nInstructors: Christopher Atnip\, 2nd degree Black Belt in Kajukembo Karate and Texarkana College is a certified Jeet Kune Do training center.

DESCRIPTION:Classes will be held on Tuesdays & Thursdays (July 2nd – July 30th from 7:25pm – 8:25pm) \n\n\n\nKajukenbo is a practical\, no-nonsense self‑defense system that blends the most effective techniques from Tang Soo Do\, Judo\, Jujitsu\, Kenpo\, and Kung Fu. Our students receive disciplined\, focused\, real‑world training from instructors with more than 50 years of combined martial arts experience. \n\n\n\nAlong with learning solid self‑defense skills\, students see major physical benefits—improved cardio\, increased strength\, and greater flexibility. Confidence grows naturally as technique and ability develop. \n\n\n\nOur leadership team also includes additional black belts and instructors in Boxing\, Kickboxing\, Taekwondo\, Shaolin Kenpo\, and Sil Lum Kung Fu\, giving you even more depth and variety in your training experience. \n\n\n\nInstructors: Christopher Atnip\, 2nd degree Black Belts in Kajukembo Karate and Jujitsu and.
