DESCRIPTION:Tuesdays and Thursdays\n\n\n\n\n\nKempo Kids at Texarkana College!Empower your child with confidence\, discipline\, and physical fitness through Kempo Kids—a dynamic martial arts program designed specifically for young learners. \n\n\n\nLed by Christopher Atnip\, a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Kajukembo Karate\, this program uses innovative\, age-appropriate methods and just the right amount of fun to teach essential life and physical skills that benefit children now and as they grow into adulthood. \n\n\n\nStudents will develop: \n\n\n\n\nCoordination\, speed\, power\, flexibility\, timing\, balance\, and endurance\n\n\n\nSelf-defense techniques including forms\, ground fighting\, blocking\, kicking\, striking drills\, and sparring\n\n\n\nConfidence\, focus\, and respect in a safe\, supportive environment\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTexarkana College is proud to be a certified Jeet Kune Do Training center\, adding depth and credibility to our martial arts offerings. Karate and Texarkana College is a certified Jeet Kune Do Training center.
