DESCRIPTION:Tuesdays and Thursdays \n\n\n\nKajukenbo is a complete\, no-nonsense self-defense system utilizing the most applicable techniques of Tang Soo Do\, Judo\, Jujitsu\, Kenpo and Kungfu.  You will receive disciplined\, focused\, real-world training from instructors with a combined 50 plus years in Martial Arts. The physical benefits of our class are profound; as students learn martial arts\, they will also improve cardio\, strength and flexibility. Confidence in oneself and abilities are gained through training. We also have leadership with additional black belts and instructors in Boxing\, Kickboxing\, Taekwondo\, Shaolin Kenpo\, & Sil Lum Kung Fu to add additional depth to your training. \n\n\n\nInstructors: Christopher Atnip\, 2nd degree Black Belts in Kajukembo Karate and Jujitsu and. Texarkana College is a certified Jeet Kune Do training center.

DESCRIPTION:Come join the fun and learn the basics of beginner line dancing. No partner is required but it is more fun if you bring a friend!  Line dance is great for your mind and body and is suitable for all activity levels.  You will learn 8-10 dances over the course of 4 weeks in a no-stress\, instructor led environment.  Please wear boots and shoes with a sole that slides easily (no sandals) and brings something to drink or your water bottle to fill at the fountain.  See you on the dance floor!
