Empower your child with confidence, discipline, and physical fitness through Kempo Kids—a dynamic martial arts program designed specifically for young learners.
Led by Christopher Atnip, a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Kajukembo Karate, this program uses innovative, age-appropriate methods and just the right amount of fun to teach essential life and physical skills that benefit children now and as they grow into adulthood.
Students will develop:
- Coordination, speed, power, flexibility, timing, balance, and endurance
- Self-defense techniques including forms, ground fighting, blocking, kicking, striking drills, and sparring
- Confidence, focus, and respect in a safe, supportive environment
