New Orleans Style Cajun Gumbo

Join Chef Tyler and Donna Standridge in learning the secrets of true Cajun/New Orleans style “dirty” gumbo. In this seafood and Andouille Sausage version, you will learn how to make dark roux, de-slime okra (very important you know), as well as a little history and gumbo etiquette! Basic kitchen and knife skills required. **Please wear close-toed shoes and tie back long hair.
