Bring a touch romance to the culinary classroom with this hands-on Valentine’s Day workshop focused on creativity, composition, and craftsmanship. Students will design and assemble their own personal charcuterie boards featuring an elegant assortment of artisan cheese, cured meats, fresh fruits, spreads, and garnishes – all beautifully styled on an acacia wood serving tray.

This class emphasizes the artistry behind food presentation while reinforcing essential skills in portion control, flavor pairing, and sanitation. Participants will explore how to create visual harmony and balance through thoughtful ingredient placement, color coordination, and textural contrast – transforming simple elements into a visually stunning Valentine’s display.

Each board will showcase season ingredients such as heart-shaped cheddar, salami rosettes, goat cheese, fresh strawberries, and gourmet accompaniments like jams, pesto, and pickled accents. Students will also practice professional plating and styling techniques suitable for both even presentation and home entertaining.

All ingredients, materials, aprons, and beverages are provided. No prior experience required – just a love of food and flair for creativity! Perfect date-night activity or girls-night-out!

From the Heart: Chocolate Dipped Strawberries Workshop🍓

Celebrate love and creativity in this hands-on Valentine’s Day chocolate dipped strawberry workshop — the perfect blend of romance and indulgence.

Together you’ll learn the professional techniques behind creating stunning hand dipped strawberries using silky almond bark and vibrant pink and red candy melts. Under gentle instruction you’ll melt, drizzle and decorate your own strawberries with toasted pecans, coconut flakes and sparkling heart sprinkles; mastering chocolate dipping and popping methods along the way.

Once your creations are complete, you’ll wrap your trays in clear film and finish them with red and white ribbon  — ready to take home or gift to someone special!

Each participant will enjoy a relaxed romantic atmosphere with step-by-step guidance —  perfect for beginners or couples looking for a memorable evening together. You will also receive: a stainless steel tray in apron to keep as mementos.

All ingredients and decorating tools will be provided including: bowls, piping bags, spoons, gloves and parchment. Complimentary water and soda provided. All materials are included just bring your creativity in someone you love. Take home your beautifully wrapped strawberry tray and heart full of sweet memories.
