Kempo kids uses innovative, age-level-appropriate methods and just the right amount of fun to teach our young students life and physical skills that will benefit them now and as they grow into adults.
This program develops the essential physical skills for self-defense like coordination, speed, power, flexibility, timing, balance, and endurance through the practice of forms, self-defense techniques, ground fighting, basic blocking, kicking, striking drills, and sparring, while enhancing their confidence, increasing their independence and offering them healthy, balanced solutions to conflict, bullying, peer pressure, strangers and negative environmental influences.
Our kid’s martial arts program is the perfect companion to help you raise strong, confident leaders, teaching confidence, focus & self-defense skills. Equip them with the tools to succeed in the real world with Kempo Karate. We play and have fun while still applying limits and boundaries of good behavior. Kids are taught to be accountable for their actions while getting the structure they crave in an environment that’s supportive, educational, and fun.
