Integral Knives – Fall 2026

Integral knife design is a traditional forging process in which the blade, bolster, and tang are formed from a single piece of steel, resulting in exceptional strength and durability.
In this course, students will learn the fundamentals of integral knife construction and craftsmanship, then complete the project by adding a custom handle. By the end of the class, students will create a fully finished, high-quality knife to take home.
