Morning Yoga with Lynnel

Class meets Tuesdays & Thursdays for 6 weeks.
What the world needs now is Yoga, sweet Yoga! In these challenging times, the world is offering you a reset! How will you evolve and move forward? The practice of Yoga is an antidote to anxiety and a boost to the immune system. A Yoga community also offers a way to stay connected in times of isolation. Through the transformative powers of Kripalu Yoga, Lynnel will safely guide you to create flexibility, energy, strength, balance, and inner peace! This course is perfect for both beginners and seasoned practitioners.
If you choose to register for the LIVE in-person class, safety precautions and social-distancing will be observed, and the class size is limited. You may also choose to take the set of classes via Zoom from the comfort of your own home.
