Classes will be held on Tuesdays & Thursdays (November 2 – 19 from 7:25pm – 8:25pm)

Drawing from real-world experience, students will learn how mastering fundamental martial arts skills can provide the foundation for protecting themselves and their loved ones.
Through consistent training, discipline, and hard work, you’ll develop confidence, improve physical fitness, and build the skills needed to stay safe.
