Kempo Kids (Ages 7-12) November 2026

Classes will be held on Tuesdays & Thursdays (November 2-20, 2026 from 6:25pm – 7:25pm)

Kempo Kids uses innovative, age-appropriate teaching methods and just the right amount of fun to help young students develop valuable life skills and physical abilities that will benefit them now and as they grow into adulthood.

This program helps children build confidence, self-discipline, respect, and focus while developing essential self-defense skills such as coordination, speed, power, flexibility, timing, balance, and endurance. Students will learn basic blocking, kicking, striking drills, self-defense techniques, and ground defense. As they develop a strong understanding of their foundational skills, students may also participate in supervised sparring using safety rules and appropriate protective gear. Forms are introduced as part of the curriculum to help reinforce technique, discipline, and skill development.

Through consistent training and encouragement, students gain confidence, improve fitness, and develop practical skills that can benefit them both on and off the mat.
