This is high energy weight resistance class for a total body workout using light weights and high repetitions. All fitness levels welcome.
Our instructor has her Personal Training Certification through ISSA and has her Group Exercise Certification through AFAA.
Classes will be held on Monday and Wednesday Mornings
August 23 @ 2:30 pm – 6:00 pm
For those who have previously been trained in BLS with the American Heart Association. NO DOOR REGISTRATION. Price includes book and AHA e card.
August 2 @ 8:00 am – 1:30 pm
Designed for the medical person and will be taught according to the guidelines of the American Heart Association. NO DOOR REGISTRATION. Includes book and ecard.
August 20 @ 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
This course is available for those who have taken ACLS from the American Heart Association. Students must go to www://elearning.hear.org and take the Heartcode ACLS ($151). Bring completion certificate to skills check off or email to Kathy.jordan@texarkanacollege.edu Includes book if needed.
