Unwind your day with purpose and power! Our evening classes are the perfect way to recharge your body and reset your mind.

This high-energy, full-body workout uses light weights and high repetitions to tone and strengthen every major muscle group. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or you’re a seasoned athlete, all fitness levels are welcome.

Led by our certified instructor, who holds a Personal Training Certification through ISSA and a Group Exercise Certification through AFAA, you’ll be guided through safe, effective, and motivating workouts designed to help you feel strong and empowered.

Graham Slam Festive Cookie Decorating – February

Texarkana College is proud to partner with Graham Slam Bakery to offer a festive and fun Holiday Cookie Decorating Class! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll decorate six pre-baked cookies while learning the basics of working with royal icing — including outlining, flooding, and adding those perfect finishing touches. This class is open to all ages and skill levels, and all supplies are provided. You’ll leave with beautifully decorated cookies to take home and enjoy!❤️
