Couples Cooking-Date Night in NOLA

February 6 @ 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Take a trip to the French Quarter for an evening of cooking, fun, and find dining! Celebrate Mardi Gras with Chefs Tyler and Donna Standridge in the ultimate date night and learn the art of the Southern Louisiana cooking, ending in a fun 3-course fine dining experience!

Menu:

Cajun Shrimp & Corn Pancake w/Andouille Sausage and Remoulade

Crawfish or Shrimp Etouffee and Warm Rice

Bananas Foster

Hurricane Mocktails

(served with bread and non-alcoholic beverages)

Each couple may choose either Shrimp or Crawfish Etouffee. Protein may NOT be split between couples.

This hands-on experience will be fun and tasty time as Chef Tyler guides you through the creation of a full 4-course gourmet meal that you both will enjoy in a romantic setting at the end. Menu below

  • Cranberry, Almond & Feta Salad w/Honey-Dijon Balsamic Vinagrette
  • Sourdough Crostini w/Burrata & Roasted Tomato with Olive Oil and Thyme
  • Champagne Risotto w/Brown Butter Pan-Seared Scallops
  • Tiramisu Mousse
