Learn the basics of decorating cookies and cakes in a fun, hands-on class. Great for beginners—no experience needed! You’ll explore simple piping techniques, creative designs, and edible decorations. Leave with delicious treats and the confidence to decorate at home or for special occasions.

What Icing do I need for cookies? What is the best recipe for decorated cookies? What about cupcakes, I want them elegant yet simple? All of these are questions we will ask, explore and hopefully answer each of them and more. The first night we will discuss the 2 most common types of icing, and I’ll make a batch of my favorite one and share the recipe for that and my favorite cookie recipe (actually it’s a tip of any sugar cookie recipe) with all of you. The next 3 nights we will be learning a few decorating techniques and decorating cookies and cupcakes, get ready to do some baking!
